Job Summary:

The Remote Therapist will provide comprehensive mental health services to clients using traditional and innovative therapeutic techniques. This role accommodates the evolving needs of our client base with virtual counseling options. The therapist will create a supportive environment employing various modalities to meet individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions and needs.
2. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans incorporating traditional and alternative approaches.
3. Provide remote counseling sessions to individuals, couples, families, or groups.
4. Utilize evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and other methods tailored to client needs.
5. Stay informed about latest research and integrate findings into practice.
6. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
7. Collaborate with healthcare professionals for holistic care.
8. Participate in professional development to enhance skills.
9. Keep accurate client records, documenting sessions and progress.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Valid state license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPCC).
• Experience with various therapeutic approaches.
• Proficiency in in-person and remote therapy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ethical standards and confidentiality respect.

Preferred Skills:

• Specialized certification or training in specific modalities.
• Experience with EHR and telehealth platforms.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and conditions.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities.

Work Environment:

The therapist must have a suitable home office setup ensuring confidentiality and professionalism for telehealth.

Pay range: $80,000 - $90,000 USD

Benefits:

Full-time employees are eligible for benefits after 60 days, including medical, dental, vision, disability, voluntary plans, FSA, EAP, 401(k), paid leave, holidays, referral programs, and discounts.
