Job Summary:

The Remote Therapist will deliver mental health services via a blend of traditional and innovative therapeutic techniques, primarily through virtual counseling. Responsibilities include creating a supportive environment, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing therapy, and collaborating with healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide remote counseling to individuals, couples, families, or groups.
• Utilize evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and other methods.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams and participate in professional development.
• Document all client interactions accurately.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related fields.
• Valid state license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPCC).
• Experience with various therapeutic approaches and modalities.
• Proficiency in remote and in-person therapy.
• Excellent communication and ethical standards.

Preferred Skills:

• Specialized certifications or training.
• Experience with EHR and telehealth platforms.

Work Environment:

A suitable home office setup ensuring confidentiality is required.

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay range: $80,000 - $90,000 USD. Benefits include health insurance, disability coverage, voluntary plans, FSA, EAP, 401(k), paid time off, holidays, referral bonuses, and discounts. Eligibility begins after 60 days, with some benefits after one year.
