Job summary

Calvary Healing Center in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Licensed Therapist to work PRN (as needed) in a dynamic behavioral health setting. You will provide direct patient care, create individualized treatment plans, and facilitate group therapy within PHP/IOP programs, supporting lasting recovery for adults across the Phoenix area.

The role requires a Master’s in counseling, Arizona licensure (LPC/LAC/LISAC/LASAC/LMSW/LCSW), fingerprint clearance, BLS/First Aid within 30 days, and experience in

Qualifications

• Masters degree in counseling related.
• Arizona State Licensure (LPC/LAC/LISAC/LASAC/LMSW/LCSW)
• Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
• BLS and First Aid Certification within 30 days of employment
• Handle With Care Training, within 30 days of employment
• Experience working within a IOP and PHP Program
• Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• To provide direct patient care to behavioral health patients to ensure the safety and well being of patients and staff.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plan for patients in a timely manner.
• Treatment plan is consistent with the needs indicated in psycho-social history and appropriate assessments.
• Facilitate group therapy in a manner that optimizes peer experiences and input.

Education

Masters degree in counseling related.

Arizona State Licensure (LPC/LAC/LISAC/LASAC/LMSW/LCSW)

Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card

BLS and First Aid Certification within 30 days of employment

Handle With Care Training, within 30 days of employment

Experience working within a IOP and PHP Program

Our flagship location in Phoenix offers on-site detoxification and in-patient treatment programs, a partial hospitalization program (PHP), and an intensive outpatient program (IOP). We also have a satellite clinic offering Intensive Outpatient Programs in the West Valley region. Through our programs we offer many other holistic healing and treatment options complementing our services ranging from yoga, art workshops, and music.
