Shifts are 8 hours, daytime, with no nights or weekends. The role involves group therapy, individual and family therapy, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, family therapy, social work or counseling related field is required.
• Must meet MN DHS Mental Health Professional Defined Qualifications: MN 245I.04, Subd 2-3.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating group therapy and providing therapy and clinical support in a partial hospitalization program, including individual and family therapy.
• Working with adolescent and adult populations in person or virtually.
• Completing intakes, discharges, assessments, treatment planning, documentation, and care coordination.

• Supporting patient-centered, culturally responsive behavioral health care.

Licenses/Certifications

• Licensed Ind Clinical Social Worker - MN Board of Social Work required upon hire or

• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor - MN Board of Behavioral Health & Therapy required upon hire or
• Licensed Psychologist-MN Board of Psychology required upon hire or
• Must meet at least ONE of the requirements below:
  • Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
  • Current BLS certification from the American Red Cross
  • Allina in-house BLS training (within 180 days of hire)
• Will consider pre-independently licensed candidates on track to obtain LPCC, LICSW or LMFT

Pay Range

Pay Range: $35.61 to $48.81 per hourThe pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable). Shift, weekend and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
