Job summary

Just Mind Counseling seeks a licensed therapist to join our group practice as a full-time clinician with opportunities to work at both our North and South office locations.

Preference given to fully licensed candidates with experience in couples, child/adolescent therapy, ADHD/autism, or trauma/EMDR. We offer a W2 role, commission on billed services, and comprehensive benefits including health insurance and a 401(k) with matching.

Qualifications

• Licensed therapist with current licensure (LCSW preferred).
• Experience in couples, child/adolescent, neurodivergence, or trauma/EMDR is a plus.
• Commitment to inclusive, culturally-responsive practice and LGBTQ+ affirming care.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy to diverse clients in a private practice setting.
• Work across multiple locations with potential hybrid scheduling options.
• Participate in peer consultation, ongoing training, and in-house EMDR-related activities.
