Job summary

Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare (TMH) seeks a licensed mental health professional to join the Intensive Outpatient Program and Partial Hospitalization Program. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy.

Requires a Master’s degree in a mental health specialty and licensure in Florida; two years post-degree experience; knowledge of DSM and co-occurring disorders preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a mental health specialty from an accredited university.
• Master’s degree in social work or human services related field preferred.
• Two (2) years of relevant post-degree clinical experience.
• Two (2) years of relevant post-licensure work experience in a mental health care setting preferred.
• Licensed as a mental health professional (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT) in Florida statutes.

Responsibilities

• Works as a multi-disciplinary team member for the Intensive Outpatient Program and Partial Hospitalization Program.
• Manages an independent psychotherapy practice.
• Provides individual and group mental health and substance abuse treatments.
• Conducts clinical assessments independently for patients with co-occurring disorders.
• Develops individualized treatment plans aligned with diagnoses and needs.
• Performs timely documentation in clinical records following guidelines.
