Job summary

Brentwood Behavioral Healthcare in Flowood, MS is seeking a dynamic Licensed PRN Therapist for our Outpatient/PHP department. You will plan, provide, coordinate and evaluate social services, including group therapy and case management, to support patients and families.

Requirements include a Master’s Degree, Mississippi license as a LCSW/LMSW, or LPC, and at least two years in a psychiatric setting; LMSW with four years preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Mississippi license as a LCSW, LMSW, or LPC.
• Two years’ experience in a psychiatric setting.
• Preferred: LMSW and four years experience in a psychiatric setting.

Responsibilities

• Plans, provides, coordinates, documents and evaluates direct and indirect social services to patients.
• Group therapy (in person or virtual), case management, discharge planning, and family meetings.
• Maintains documentation on admission, treatment, and discharge per hospital standards.
