Right Track Medical Group in Biloxi, Mississippi seeks a compassionate Licensed Outpatient Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. You will provide individual and family therapy to patients across age groups, delivering evidence-based care and collaborating with psychiatrists and psychologists to achieve lasting emotional wellness.

The ideal candidate holds a master’s degree in a behavioral health field and an active Mississippi license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or psychologist).

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a closely related field.
• Current, unrestricted Mississippi license to practice independently (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or psychologist).
• Experience providing individual and/or family therapy.
• Knowledge of assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual and family therapy in an outpatient behavioral health setting.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions based on patients' needs and goals.
• Evaluate patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other team members.
• Coordinate care with schools, families, and community resources when appropriate.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Participate in treatment-team meetings and professional development.
• Address patient safety concerns following risk assessment procedures.

Education
