Centerstone is seeking a Licensed Therapist to provide individual outpatient therapy in a Madison, TN clinic. You will conduct assessments, diagnose clients, and develop treatment plans using evidence-based approaches in a collaborative environment.

The role offers a competitive salary range ($62,000–$68,450) with a $2,000 sign-on bonus and retention opportunities, reflecting post-licensure experience and a full-time, on-site setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in a behavioral health field and active licensure in a recognized credential.
• Clinical experience required; may include practicum/internship.
• Experience with children/adolescents preferred; supervisory experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual outpatient therapy using evidence-based approaches such as CBT.
• Conduct intake assessments and DSM-based diagnoses.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation per standards.
• Collaborate with supervisors and interdisciplinary teams for care coordination.
