The Center for NeuroPotential in Branford, CT is seeking an Associate Licensed Therapist to provide trauma-informed therapy to children, adolescents, and families in both in-person and telehealth sessions.

This part-time, fee-for-service role supports a steady caseload of roughly 25 clients with guidance from an experienced team, plus supervision and ongoing professional development opportunities. Flexible scheduling and a collaborative, mission-driven environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active license in Connecticut (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC or equivalent).
• Experience delivering trauma-focused therapies to youth and families.
• Ability to provide services in-person and via telehealth.

Compensation:

This is a part-time, non-salaried, fee-for-service position with the potential opportunity to work as many hours as preferred, with a minimum of 25 hours weekly.
