Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's in Psychology or Social Work and a Master's in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling or related field.
• Licensure/Certification: Florida Licensure (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT) and CPR certification.
• Skills: Verbal and written communication, computer literacy, confidentiality and patient rights.

Responsibilities

• Provides care for Infant, Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, Geriatric groups in outpatient behavioral health.
• Delivers individual and group counseling and collaborates with the BHCC team.
• Maintains daily productivity log and submits monthly reports to clinical supervisor.
• Performs psychosocial assessments and coordinates discharge plans.
• Ensures confidentiality and HIPAA compliance across all patient interactions.
