PAX Health in New Jersey is seeking a Licensed Therapist to deliver high-quality, evidence-based mental health services in a hybrid outpatient setting, serving individuals, families, and couples.

The Therapist at PAX Health is responsible for delivering high quality, evidence based clinical services to patients and their families within PAX Health’s outpatient setting. This includes individual, group, family, and/or couples therapy tailored to each patient’s needs and level of care.
They play a key role in assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, ongoing care coordination, and discharge planning. In partnership with clinical leadership and the multidisciplinary treatment team, the Therapist ensures services are delivered in alignment with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, ethical guidelines, and evidence based practices, while maintaining a patient centered and culturally responsive approach to care.
Must be able to work a hybrid model in Freehold NJ or Point Pleasant NJ.
Certification in EMDR and ability to provide EMDR treatment services preferred.
