LifeStance Health is seeking Licensed Therapists in Missouri for outpatient care, with flexible schedules and a hybrid model offering telemedicine and in-person sessions. Roles provide a competitive compensation plan tied to productivity and a sign-on bonus.

100% outpatient with no nights, weekends, or hospital calls, plus full benefits and admin support. Qualified candidates must be fully licensed as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Missouri and experienced with adults and/or youth populations.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed as an LCSW, LPC or LMFT in Missouri (no dependently licensed clinicians).
• Experience working with adult and/or child/adolescent populations.

Licensed Therapists are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking Licensed Therapists that are:

• Fully licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the State of Missouri.
• We are not able to accommodate dependently licensed clinicians at this time.
• Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations.
