LifeStance Health is seeking Licensed Therapists in the Greater St. Peters, MO area who are passionate about patient care and committed to excellence. This W2 role offers flexible schedules, hybrid options, and a competitive compensation package up to $101,000 per year with a sign-on bonus.

Fully licensed as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in Missouri is required. The position focuses on 100% outpatient care with no nights or hospital calls and includes benefits like health, dental, vision, and a 401k match.

Licensed Therapists are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking Licensed Therapists that are:

• Fully licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the State of Missouri.
• We are not able to accommodate dependently licensed clinicians at this time.
• Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations.
