LifeStance Health Inc. is seeking licensed therapists in Missouri for a hybrid outpatient role. Flexible schedules, full autonomy over caseload, and ownership of clinical decisions are emphasized. This W2 position includes health, dental, vision, a 401k with match, and a sign-on bonus.

Compensation ranges from up to $80,000 to $101,000 per year with annual performance bonuses. Telemedicine options are available after training, with modern offices and strong work-life balance support.

Licensed Therapists are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking Licensed Therapists that are:

• Fully licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the State of Missouri.
• We are not able to accommodate dependently licensed clinicians at this time.
• Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations.
• This is a hybrid role with remote/telehealth options available after training
