LifeStance Health is actively seeking licensed therapists to join our growing behavioral health team in Missouri. This hybrid role offers flexible schedules, outpatient focus, and autonomy over your caseload, with a competitive compensation model up to $80,000–$101,000 per year plus annual bonus.

Telemedicine and in-person care are available. We require full licensure as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Missouri and experience with adult and/or child/adolescent populations.

Licensed Therapists are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking Licensed Therapists that are:

• Fully licensed as an LCSW, LPC or LMFT in the State of Missouri. We are not able to accommodate dependently licensed clinicians at this time.
• Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations.
• This is a Hybrid Role.
