MHHC is seeking a licensed behavioral health professional (LCSW or LPC) in a salaried, exempt role. You will deliver comprehensive assessments, diagnose and treat clients, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.

The position requires an advanced degree in social work or counseling and current BLS certification. You will provide individual, family, couples, and group therapy while maintaining HIPAA-compliant records and collaborating with medical staff.

Qualificações

• Active state licensure as LCSW or LPC.
• Master's Degree in Social Work with field experience.
• Master's Degree in Counseling with field experience.
• BLS - Basic Life Support

Responsabilidades

• Complete comprehensive clinical assessments when appropriate to level of care.
• Assess, diagnose, and evaluate clinical symptoms, disorders and psychosocial factors; address medical conditions affecting functioning.
• Plan treatment based on client needs and available resources.
• Coordinate professionals to ensure interdisciplinary collaboration and continuity of services.
• Provide therapy (individual, family, couples and/or group) based on treatment plans.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and documentation, and attend staff meetings.
