Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a Licensed Behavioral Health Professional (LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT) to join our social services team. You will provide high-quality psychological care and counseling to a diverse population within an integrated healthcare setting.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and work with individuals, groups, and families while collaborating with other health professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

• Active LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT license in the state of practice.
• Experience delivering counseling or psychotherapy.
• Ability to work with individuals, groups, and families.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR).
• Crisis intervention skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and diagnose mental health conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide counseling and psychotherapy to individuals, groups, and families
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate patient records and document treatment progress
