Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or a related behavioral health field.
• Active Tennessee LCSW license/ Licensed Professional Counselor.
• Experience providing clinical assessments, treatment planning, and psychotherapy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to establish appropriate professional boundaries.
• Comfort working with clients from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
• Experience using electronic health record systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365; Valant experience is a bonus.
• Insurance credentialing or ability to become credentialed with applicable panels.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients and develop a strong understanding of their individual needs.
• Complete clinical assessments and determine appropriate diagnoses.
• Create personalized treatment plans and measurable therapeutic goals.
• Provide individual, family, couples, or other outpatient services.
• Use evidence-informed approaches to help clients make meaningful progress.
• Maintain accurate clinical notes, treatment plans, assessments, and records.
• Coordinate with families, schools, medical providers, and case managers as needed.
• Participate in team consultations, clinical meetings, trainings, and professional development.
• Build a sustainable full-time caseload of approximately 27-32 client sessions per week.
• Contribute ideas to improve the clinic for clients and clinicians.
