Ellie Mental Health in Nashville, TN is seeking a Licensed Clinical Supervisor (LCSW) to join our multi-clinic team dedicated to ending the stigma and expanding access to care. The role offers a high base pay, generous PTO, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to influence programs and services.

You will supervise licensed clinicians, manage treatment plans, and collaborate with a supportive, mission‑driven team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences from an accredited college/university.
• Licensed to diagnose and treat mental health issues using psychotherapy.
• Ability to provide license supervision for aspiring LCSWs, LPC-MHSPs, or LMFTs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis and create/implement treatment plans; complete ongoing documentation.
• Maintain a minimum caseload (27 client visits per week) for full-time status.
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with the team to fulfill community needs.
• Utilize creative interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, and schools; attend staff meetings and trainings.
