Job summary

Family Health Centers of San Diego (FHCSD) seeks a licensed mental health therapist to join our growing behavioral health team in a hybrid role blending in-office and remote work. You will provide counseling, complete documentation, conduct initial assessments, and help develop individualized care plans while coordinating with case managers and other professionals.

We offer a starting salary of $100,000–$125,987, a relocation allowance, CEU stipend, paid time off, and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Active licensure in California as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC or Psychologist.
• Licensed and in good standing with the state board.
• Experience providing outpatient mental health therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling sessions to assigned patients.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Perform initial assessment and ongoing care planning.
• Develop individualized care plans with the treatment team.
• Address co-occurring disorders and coordinate with case managers.
• Connect patients to internal/external resources.
