Job summary

Family Health Centers of San Diego is seeking a licensed mental health professional (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC or Clinical Psychologist) to join the East County Wellness Center. The role focuses on counseling youth and adults in an outpatient setting, contributing to individualized care plans and collaborative treatment teams.

Responsibilities include conducting sessions, completing documentation, and coordinating with case managers to connect patients with appropriate resources.

• Active licensure in good standing with the State of California as a LMFT, LCSW, LPCC or Clinical Psychologist.
