Job summary

BHMG Primary Care Paris, part of Baptist Health, seeks a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide psychosocial assessments and therapies for patients of all ages, using a mix of in-person and telehealth visits in Kentucky. The role involves developing and reassessing treatment plans, participating in performance improvement activities, and potential supervision.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in social work or counselling
• Licensure as clinical social worker (LCSW)
• Knowledge of cognitive/behavioral therapy concepts
• Experience with psychosocial assessment & therapy across populations

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial assessment and individual, family, and group therapies meeting standards of care
• Develop and reassess patient treatment plans with patient/family involvement
• May provide initial assessment if outpatient behavioral health and privileged
• Participate in performance improvement activities and data interpretation
• Possibly provide clinical supervision when qualified
• See patients of all ages via telehealth and in-person visits

Develops patient treatment plans with patient/family participation and reassess treatment plans appropriately. If assigned to Outpatient Behavioral Health and independently privileged, may provide for initial patient assessment. Participates in performance improvement activities and assists in the interpretation of performance improvement data. If qualified, may provide clinical supervision.
