Job summary

BHMG Baptist Health Primary Care Paris is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for a 10-hour day schedule (2 in-person, 2 telehealth) at 0.6 FTE. The role provides psychosocial services, develops treatment plans with families, and collaborates with the care team across ages via telehealth and on-site visits.

Minimum qualifications include an MSW and LCSW licensure, with knowledge of CBT and current counseling approaches.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or counseling.
• Licensure as clinical social worker (LCSW) required.
• Knowledge of current theoretical approaches to counseling.
• Knowledge of cognitive/behavioral therapy concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial assessment and therapy for individuals, families, and groups.
• Develop and reassess patient treatment plans with patient/family participation.
• May provide initial patient assessment in outpatient settings.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and data interpretation.
• May provide clinical supervision if qualified.
• See patients of all ages via telehealth and in-person visits.

Job Description

BHMG Primary Care Paris Licensed Clinical Social Worker (4) 10-hour days - 2 In-person and 2 Telehealth Provides clinical services including psychosocial assessment, individual, family, and group therapies that meet the established standards of care and standards of practice. Develops patient treatment plans with patient/family participation and reassess treatment plans appropriately. If assigned to Outpatient Behavioral Health and independently privileged, may provide for initial patient assessment. Participates in performance improvement activities and assists in the interpretation of performance improvement data. If qualified, may provide clinical supervision. Expected to participate in consultation, set professional boundaries, maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical conduct. Therapist will see all ages via telehealth and in-person visits.

Minimum Qualifications

• Masters degree in social work or counselling and licensure as clinical social worker (LCSW).
• Must have knowledge of current theoretical approaches to the delivery of counseling services.
• Must have knowledge of strategies for examining, applying and evaluating cognitive/behavioral therapy concepts.
• Additional skills required include thorough knowledge of the clinical aspects of the mental health field.
