You will contribute clinically in a welcoming space that prioritizes well-being and professional growth, including telehealth sessions alongside in-office work. We value thoughtful, evidence-based care, collaborative teamwork, and a strong commitment to client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Illinois as LCPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, therapy, or social work.
• Strong grounding in evidence-based clinical practices.
• Ability to manage an independent caseload with high standards of care.
• Active professional liability insurance.
• Experience with children, adolescents, or families.
• Excellent time management and clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide thoughtful and compassionate therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating life's challenges.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that honor each client's strengths and needs.
• Conduct regular sessions in Naperville office and via telehealth, in a warm, secure environment.
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians to provide family or multiple services (therapy, testing, group).
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical records in line with standards.
• Participate in team meetings to brainstorm interventions and pursue professional development.
