Job summary

Thriveworks in Champaign, IL is seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. Candidates must hold LCPC/LMFT/LCSW or be licensed psychologists (PhD/PsyD) and be licensed in the state where they practice.

We offer guaranteed pay, PTO, annual increases, a 401(k) with a 3% employer match, malpractice coverage, and flexible scheduling. A minimum of 25 sessions per week is expected, with strong team support and opportunities for leadership.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face therapy sessions.
• Maintain patient notes and documentation within 24 hours.
• Collaborate with clinical team and participate in supervision as needed.
• Support leadership pathways and contribute to program development.
• Deliver high-quality behavioral health care consistent with standards.

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Champaign, IL.

Qualifications:

• LCPC or LMFT or LCSW

• Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD)

Clinicians need to be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing

Compensation: Up to $120,900 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities
