Job summary

Insight Therapy, LLC in Champaign, IL is expanding and seeking a licensed therapist (LCSW or LCPC) to join our close-knit outpatient team. This is a W-2 employee role offering clinical autonomy, supportive peers, and a healthy work-life balance.

You’ll provide individual, couples, family, and child therapy, maintain timely documentation, collaborate with referral sources, and participate in paid peer supervision, all while enjoying flexible scheduling and access to credentialing support.

Qualifications

• Illinois LCSW or LCPC license is required.
• LSW and LPC candidates will be considered.
• Minimum two years of therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain a caseload of at least 25 hours per week.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or child therapy services.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with referral sources and other providers when appropriate.
• Participate in paid peer consultation meetings.
• Manage your schedule and caseload with support from our administrative team.
