Responsibilities

• Lead psychosocial assessments and comprehensive histories.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for holistic care.
• Develop treatment plans within 72 hours of admission.
• Create crisis plans and ensure continuity of care.
• Provide clinical oversight to ensure interventions align with goals.
• Support admissions with clinical screenings and assessments.
• Ensure high-quality group, individual, and family therapy sessions.
