Job summary

Blueview Recovery in the United States is seeking a licensed Therapist to lead our Mental Health group and individual sessions within PHP/IOP settings. The role requires proven experience running PHP/IOP groups and the ability to foster a safe, engaging, and supportive therapeutic environment.

The Therapist will facilitate sessions, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with the clinical team to support clients with mental health disorders and addiction

Qualifications

• Licensed therapist in Pennsylvania.
• Experience facilitating group therapy sessions.
• Excellent clinical documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured, process-oriented group and individual therapy sessions.
