Saint Francis Hospital Muskogee, Inc. is seeking a licensed behavioral health professional to provide mental health and substance abuse therapy at the Muskogee campus. The role requires a Master's degree in a behavioral health field and state licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LBP) with 0–6 months of related experience.

You will assess patients, develop and discharge plans, document in regulatory standards, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field required.
• Oklahoma licensure as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LBP required.
• 0–6 months related experience.

Responsabilités

• Performs mental health or substance abuse therapy as clinically needed.
• Coordinates and completes patient assessments, treatment, and discharge plans within established time frames.
• Completes required documentation per regulatory standards for patient information exchange and reimbursement.
• Collaborates with Interdisciplinary team and communicates with patients and families.
• Participates in quality and process improvement activities as needed.
