Job summary

Palo Alto Therapy is seeking licensed therapists to join a therapist-owned practice with a collaborative culture. You’ll work with individuals, teens, adults, and couples, with admin handled by the team so you can focus on clinical work.

The role offers in-person and telehealth options, weekly supervision, and a commitment to ongoing CE and CBT/OCD training. Flexible scheduling and supportive collegial environment are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Active California license required (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC).
• Experience with individuals, teens, and couples required.
• Training in Gottman Method or EFT preferred.
• Comfortable with CBT and other modalities.
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Available at least 2 afternoons or evenings per week (weekends a plus).
