Job summary

Palo Alto Therapy is seeking a licensed or associate therapist to join our Palo Alto-based practice. You’ll have a typical caseload of 21-22 billable hours per week, with the remainder devoted to notes, treatment planning, weekly consultations, and training.

We work with individuals, children, teens, adults, families, and couples, and you’ll input on your caseload to match clients with your interests. In-person and hybrid options are available, with supportive, therapist-owned team culture.

Qualifications

• Active California license: LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC (associates welcome)
• Experience working with individuals, children, teens, and couples is a plus
• Comfortable with evidence-based approaches (CBT, EFT, Gottman Method preferred but not required)
• Collaborative mindset
• Ready to do sustainable, good work

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, child, teen, family and couple therapy as assigned
• Complete notes, treatment plans, and participate in weekly consultations and trainings
• Collaborate with a therapist-owned team and contribute to a supportive, sustainable practice
