TheraPride in Denton, TX seeks a licensed mental health professional for a hybrid, part-time clinical role at our Denton office, with a path to full-time as caseload builds. Expect a ramp-up of up to 180 days to full benefits.

The ideal candidate brings solid clinical training, experience with diverse populations, and a commitment to inclusive care for LGBTQ+ clients; responsibilities include individual, family, couples therapy and telehealth. 60 billable hours semi-monthly.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling or psychology.
• Current Texas license (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LP) in good standing.
• Experience with CBT, DBT, EMDR, EFT or similar.
• Proficient in assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
• Ability to build a 60 billable hours semi-monthly caseload.
• Strong communication and ethical practice.

Aufgaben

• Deliver individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Maintain required minimum 60 billable hours semi-monthly; admin duties included.
• Provide telehealth sessions in addition to in-office care in Denton.
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes per HIPAA.
• Collaborate with leadership on scheduling, intakes, and billing.
• Engage in regular team meetings and professional development.
