Job summary

Ellie Mental Health Atlanta in Sandy Springs, GA is seeking a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW to work with children, adolescents, and adults in a full-time hybrid role with a November 2026 start.

You will maintain a minimum caseload of 25 client sessions per week, provide in-person and telehealth services, and receive ongoing clinical support and supervision for provisionally licensed clinicians. We emphasize autonomy, creativity, and authentic care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited college or university
• Valid GA clinical license LPC, LMFT, or LCSW required
• Experience with treatment plans and clinical case notes
• Experience with children, teens, and adults
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to set and model professional boundaries
• Ability to submit documentation timely
• Comfort with a diverse client base
• Proficient with office tech and EHR systems
• Ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create/adjust treatment plans with ongoing documentation
• Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 client sessions per week
• Work with clients across ages 5+
• Occasional evening availability
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a team
• Utilize creative interventions to meet goals
• Prepare and submit session documentation per guidelines
• Attend clinical staff meetings
• Contribute to meaningful clinic operations
