Ellie Mental Health seeks a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or LPC-MHSP in Smyrna, Tennessee to join an energetic, supportive team. You’ll provide diverse outpatient services, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with families and schools to coordinate care.

The role emphasizes flexibility, professional growth, and a fun, authentic workplace where clinicians can bring their personalities to practice and help improve access to care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or related behavioral health field.
• Active Tennessee LCSW license or Licensed Professional Counselor.
• Experience conducting clinical assessments, treatment planning, and psychotherapy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to establish professional boundaries with diverse clients.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and MS Office 365; Valant is a bonus.
• Credentialing with insurance panels is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Meet with clients and understand their individual needs.
• Complete clinical assessments and determine diagnoses.
• Create personalized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Provide individual, family, couples, or outpatient services.
• Use evidence-informed approaches to advance client progress.
• Maintain accurate clinical notes and records.
• Coordinate care with families, schools, medical providers, and case managers.
• Participate in team consultations, trainings and professional development.
• Build a sustainable full-time caseload of about 27–32 sessions per week.
