You’ll provide high-quality care, complete assessments, create treatment plans, and support clients through individual, family, or outpatient services, while collaborating with families and professionals to coordinate care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or related behavioral health field.
• Active Tennessee LCSW license or Licensed Professional Counselor.
• Experience in clinical assessments, treatment planning, and psychotherapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality client care and join the clinical community.
• Meet with clients and assess their needs.
• Create personalized treatment plans and measurable therapeutic goals.
• Provide individual, family, or outpatient services.
• Use evidence-informed approaches to help clients progress.
• Maintain accurate clinical notes and records.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and medical providers.
• Participate in team consultations and professional development.
• Manage a sustainable full-time caseload of 27–32 sessions per week.
• Contribute ideas to improve the clinic for clients and clinicians.
