Job summary

Sierra Tucson is seeking a Fulltime Primary Therapist to join our campus in Tucson, AZ. The role requires a clinical license and involves diagnosing and treating mental and emotional disorders with day shifts including one weekend day.

We offer a $2,500 sign-on bonus, tuition reimbursement, supervision hours at no cost, and opportunities for growth. A Master's degree and licensure are required to provide quality resident care.

Qualifications

• State or national licensure for professional therapy providers required.
• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field.
• Two or more years’ experience as a therapist with relevant population experience.

Responsibilities

• Apply psychotherapeutic techniques and interventions to individuals and families.
• Conduct psychosocial assessment and develop discharge plans.
• Deliver individual, group, or family sessions per treatment plan.
• Coordinate services and maintain patient documentation per standards.
• Maintain caseload and participate in treatment team meetings.
