Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a human service field required.
• State license (LPC, LMSW, LISW) as required by program/licensure.
• Familiar with standard software and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive evaluation, assessment and therapeutic intervention for youth, families and staff.
• Conduct intake assessments and provide individual, group and family therapies.
• Maintain active caseload and program documentation to meet funder guidelines.
• Enter documentation into electronic medical records and support licensing requirements.
