Job summary

Resources for Human Development (RHD) is seeking a compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our Ocean County program. The role provides evaluations, assessments, and therapy to youth and families, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field, and current New Jersey licensure (LSW/LAC/LMFT/PSY).

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Current New Jersey licensure (LSW/LAC/LMFT/PSY).
• Minimum of one year of full-time clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead MDT and coordinate treatment planning with youth and families.
• Conduct clinical assessments and provide diagnoses as appropriate.
• Develop individualized service and treatment plans with the MDT.
• Maintain required documentation: ISPs, JCRs, progress notes.
• Ensure compliance with Medicaid, licensing, and QA standards.
• Provide psychoeducation and clinical consultation to staff.
