Job summary

Forge Health in West Deptford, NJ seeks a compassionate clinician to provide individual therapy, outpatient group therapy, and intensive outpatient programming with a mix of in-person and telehealth care at our West Deptford clinic.

You will conduct intakes, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with our team to coordinate care, while maintaining NJ-compliant documentation and offering flexible W‑2 scheduling.

Qualifications

• Active NJ license or license-eligible as LCSW/LPC/LSW/LMFT
• Master's degree in clinical field (Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related)
• Experience providing psychotherapy to adults
• Strong group facilitation and IOP experience

Responsibilities

• Lead or co-lead IOP groups and assist admissions as programming launches
• Maintain outpatient caseload of individual, group, and IOP sessions
• Conduct clinical intakes and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide in-person coverage at the West Deptford clinic
• Coordinate care with Forge providers and program staff
• Ensure compliant clinical documentation per NJ regulations
