Forge Health in Greensburg, PA seeks a compassionate Clinician to provide a mix of in-person and telehealth therapy, including individual, group, and intensive outpatient programming for adults with mental health and substance use needs. The role reports to the Clinic Director and offers flexible W-2 scheduling with part-time or full-time options.

Earn compensation of $30-45 per clinical hour with incentives, overtime eligibility, and benefits.

Formación

• Licensed or license-eligible in PA as LCSW, LPC, LSW, LAPC, or LMFT.
• Experience delivering psychotherapy to adults.
• Strong group facilitation skills and IOP experience.
• Familiarity with PA behavioral health regulations and documentation standards.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate or co-facilitate IOP groups and support admissions
• Maintain an outpatient caseload including individual and group therapy
• Conduct clinical intakes and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide in-person coverage at Greensburg clinic and coordinate care with Forge providers
• Ensure timely, accurate clinical documentation per PA regulations
• Support continuity of care during staff leave periods
