Green Counseling Services, PLLC in West Des Moines, IA, is recruiting licensed therapists, counselors, and social workers to join our expanding team. We offer 25 hours of clinical care per week and establish our own weekly schedules with a W2 employment model.

We provide ongoing continuing education, biweekly training, case consultation, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, dental, disability, life insurance, and a 401K.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed therapist/counselor/social worker in IA or eligible for licensure
• Provisional, temporary, or conditional licenses may be considered depending upon fit.

• Provide individual, family, couples, group, or other therapy modalities as appropriate
• Offer empirically supported care with an integrative healthcare focus
• Deliver therapy with high autonomy and strong leadership support
• Participate in ongoing continuing education and biweekly training opportunities
