Job summary

Valley Behavioral Health is seeking an Independent Contractor (IC) Therapist for Highland Springs | HSSC Boise to provide individual psychotherapy and develop tailored treatment plans. This contract position offers flexible, hybrid scheduling with in-person and remote options, a reimbursed hourly model, and a $1,000 retention bonus.

Applicants must hold current Idaho licensure (LCSW/LMFT/LCPC/LPC) and have 2+ years of social services plus customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LCPC in Idaho.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in social services.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Idaho.
