Job summary

Highland Springs Specialty Clinic in Boise, Idaho is seeking a licensed therapist to join our team. The position requires full licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC) and offers an hourly reimbursement of $50–$53 per session or hour, plus a $1,000 retention sign-on bonus.

We support hybrid scheduling (in-person and remote). Workload is flexible: 8–40 hours and you will be paid for no-shows. The clinic focuses on collaborative care in a private-pay and commercial-insurance setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Current licensure as LCSW, LMFT, LPC or LCPC.
• 2+ years of experience in social services.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be licensed or willing to obtain Idaho licensure.

Responsibilities

• The Therapist uses different therapy modalities to provide hope, help, and healing through the completion of treatment.
• HSSC is a commercial insurance and private pay clinic.
