Job summary

The Ardent Counseling Center is seeking Licensed Therapists and Counselors to join our growing team of Outpatient Mental Health Therapists and Counselors. We offer a flexible schedule and innovative digital tools to support your practice and your clients.

Our providers can earn up to $100,000 per year with a Commission structure about 35% higher than Illinois industry average. We provide NPI support, licensure renewal tracking, and a HIPAA-compliant tech platform for scheduling, telehealth, SOAP

Qualifications

• Graduate-level degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), Licensed Clinical Psychology (PhD), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality mental health services to individuals, couples, and families.
• Work within a collaborative, supportive team of therapists.
• Maintain timely documentation and notes for client sessions.

Education

Graduate-level degree in MFT / LCPC / LCSW (MFT, LCPC, or LCSW)
