Innovative Counseling Partners is a private practice offering holistic mental health counseling in a client- and employee-centered environment. We seek licensed clinicians to join a growth-oriented team and deliver high-quality therapy to a diverse community.

We provide competitive pay ($60-80 per clinical hour), comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for supervision, CEUs, and additional income through blog writing. Evening and weekend hours are required to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois license (LPC, LCPC, LSW, LCSW) required.
• 1–3 years of experience in behavioral health.
• Passionate about supporting others.
• Ability to work a minimum of 12 clinical session hours per week with flexible options for full-time (25–30 hours).
• Evening/weekend availability with prime-time sessions (5 pm–9 pm or weekends).

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy to a diverse client base including adults, families, couples, children and adolescents.
