Job summary

Forge Health is seeking a compassionate Clinician to join our Veteran and First Responder program in Pennsylvania. The role delivers telehealth mental health and substance use services to veterans and first responders, with in-person coverage at Greensburg as needed.

You’ll manage an outpatient caseload, conduct intakes, and coordinate care with Forge providers. Flexible W-2 schedule, full-time/part-time options, and opportunities for overtime and incentives are available.

Qualifications

• PA license or eligibility in clinical field.
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related discipline.
• Experience providing psychotherapy and counseling to adults.
• Strong group facilitation experience and IOP exposure.
• Familiarity with PA behavioral health regs and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage IOP and SUD/mental health services for adults.
• Provide individual and group outpatient therapy.
• Conduct clinical intakes and develop treatment plans.
• Provide in-person coverage at Greensburg clinic when needed.
• Coordinate care with internal Forge providers.
