Job summary

Family Counseling Associates of Massachusetts, part of the Optum family of businesses, seeks a Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our Marlborough, MA team within Optum Behavioral Care. You will treat a wide range of mental health conditions in a diverse patient population and focus on delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field.
• Clear, active, and unrestricted license LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Massachusetts.
• Experience applying evidence-based therapies such as CBT and DBT.

Responsibilities

• Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance use disorders.
• Provide treatment using cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and other evidence-based approaches.
• Systematically track treatment response and monitor changes in symptoms and side effects.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and regulatory-compliant documentation.
• Contribute to patient growth by supporting online directory profiles and marketing efforts.
