Job summary

Centerstone provides compassionate mental health services in Columbus, IN. We seek a licensed clinician to perform assessments and psychotherapy across individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring timely documentation and strong collaboration with referrals and clinical teams.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in social work or psychology, with 3–5 years in behavioral health, CANS/ANSA certification, and licensure (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LCAC).

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field.
• Three to five years’ experience in behavioral health preferred.
• Licensed as LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LCAC.
• Experience with evidence-based and best practices interventions.
• CANS/ANSA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain communications with referral sources and other involved parties as approved by client.
• Maintain effective working relationships with the clinical team.
• Maintain timely/accurate clinical records in accordance with organization policies.
• Maintain effective relationships with Community referral sources.
• Participate in the development and implementation of quality clinical practices.
• Complete all assessments, including ANSA/CANS assessments and reassessments on time.
• Complete clinical documentation within 24 hours of the service provided.
• Complete treatment plans and other clinical service authorizations in a timely manner.
