Job summary

Centerstone is a national nonprofit behavioral health system seeking a Licensed Therapist for its Richmond, Indiana location. The role focuses on evidence-based psychotherapy across ages, with a strong emphasis on timely assessments, documentation, and collaboration with the clinical team.

The position requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field and licensure (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LCAC) with 3–5 years of behavioral health experience. Comprehensive benefits accompany a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field.
• Licensed as LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LCAC.
• 3–5 years of experience in behavioral health environment.
• CANS/ANSA certification preferred or required by program.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services including evaluation, individual, group, family, or couples psychotherapy for adults, adolescents and children in service area.
• Complete ANSA/CANS assessments and reassessments on time; prepare treatment plans and service authorizations.
• Document clinical notes within 24 hours of service; maintain timely, accurate clinical records.
• Maintain communications with referral sources and collaborate with clinical team to ensure quality care.
